This is a part of the IskraData system – a monitor and a double 8″ floppy drive. The IskraData100 system was introduced in the year 1982 and the promotional materials describe it as a “perfect development tool for writing, fixing, compiling and testing of own programs; testing and emulation of existing devices; as well as programming in high-level programming languages”.
