Some of the older models, however, were quite innovative, so was the Psion Organiser II, model CM that was introduced in 1986. It has a Hitachi HD6303X /0.92Mhz microprocessor, an LCD (2 lines, each of 16 characters with 200 character set), two slots for memory cartridges (8K RAM) and a connector for expansion.
